Shipping and Returns

Shipping is handled in accordance with the carrier’s rates. The cost and delivery times are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination country and are agreed upon with the buyer prior to shipment. After you place your order, a representative will contact you to confirm the details.

“Nova Poshta”

The item will be shipped to any location in Ukraine served by Nova Poshta's courier service, in accordance with the established rates.

- Orders totaling over 1,000 UAH are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to any “Nova Poshta” branch within Ukraine.

- For orders up to 1,000 UAH, you pay according to the rates of the “Nova Poshta” shipping company.

While processing your order, a manager will contact you to confirm the details. Orders processed by 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders processed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business week.

Pickup

Orders placed on the website can be picked up the same day by arranging pickup at the following locations:

• Odessa, 1 Evropeiska Square (Parfum Büro Boutique) Monday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., except January 1 and Easter.

• Vinnytsia, 19 Artynova St. (Viddushyna Boutique) Monday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., except January 1 and Easter.

• Lviv, 13 Virmenska St. (Viddushyna Boutique) Monday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, except January 1 and Easter.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 172 of March 19, 1994, perfumes and cosmetics are not eligible for exchange or return. Upon receiving your order, please ensure that the delivered item matches your order and that the packaging is undamaged. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the item upon receipt, you have the right to refuse the purchase. Once the packaging is damaged, the item cannot be returned.
